Orders placed by 2:00 PM will be handed over to the shipping service provider by the next business day at the latest.

How to Initiate a Return or Cancellation
The easiest way is directly through your customer account. Click "Start Return or Cancellation" below. Alternatively, you can contact us by email or using our cancellation form. Please do not simply return the goods without prior notice of revocation.
Initiate Revocation or Cancellation
Start the process conveniently directly through your customer account – within 14 days of receiving the goods. Alternatively, you can inform us by email or using our cancellation form. Notification is required in any case before returning the goods.
Return Completely
Return the device completely. Including all supplied accessories. Accessories must be in original condition and original packaging. Missing or damaged parts as well as use beyond normal inspection will result in a corresponding reduction in value.
Pack Securely
Pack the device carefully for return shipping. The buyer bears the risk of return. Please use the original or sturdy packaging.
Return Shipping Costs
In the case of a normal revocation, the buyer bears the return shipping costs. In the case of a warranty claim (defective device), we will, of course, cover the return shipping costs.
